Journal History
Paramartha: Journal of Islamic Guidance and Counselling in Education was first established in 2025 as a scientific journal focusing on the field of Islamic Guidance and Counselling in Education (BKPI).
The journal was initiated and is managed by the DPPM Universitas Pelita Bangsa, with the purpose of providing a scholarly platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and students to publish high-quality works related to Islamic counselling, educational psychology, professional counsellor development, and contemporary issues in Islamic education.
Since its establishment, Paramartha has been committed to integrating Islamic values, educational settings, and counselling practices, contributing to the advancement of both theory and practice in the field.
The journal is published twice a year, in August and December, and aspires to become a reputable academic reference for national and international scholars in Islamic Guidance and Counselling.
